Welcome to BetPhoenix. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including our sportsbook, casino, racebook, and all related services available at betphoenix.ag. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. 3. Restricted Jurisdictions

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Conditions

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on our platform are conducted exclusively in USD. We accept deposits via the following methods:

• ZPay — Minimum $200, maximum $2,500 (no third-party deposits permitted)

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa) — Minimum $50, maximum $500; subject to a 10-business-day hold; requires signed authorization form, photo ID, and card copies

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before any withdrawal request can be processed. We do not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at BetPhoenix are subject to identity verification and are processed in USD only. The following options are available:

• USDT (Tether) — Minimum $100, maximum $4,000 per 7 days; processed in 2–3 business days; no fees
• Bitcoin — Minimum $100, maximum $4,000 per 7 days; processed in 2–3 business days; no fees
• P2P — Minimum $100, maximum $450 per request; processed Monday–Friday within 24–72 hours; fees apply; one payment per player name every 5 days; a third or subsequent withdrawal within a 7-day period incurs additional fees
• Check (mailed) — Minimum $1,000, maximum $2,000 per week in $500 increments; processed on Tuesdays; delivery takes 3–4 business days; fee of $50 per check; limited to one per week

Our VIP members receive 2 free payouts per month as part of their membership benefits. All transaction and wagering records are retained for a period of 90 days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a variety of promotional offers at BetPhoenix, including a Sportsbook Welcome Bonus of up to 175% Free Play and a Virtual Casino Welcome Bonus of 500% up to $1,500. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, rollover requirements, and expiration periods. Please note the following general rules:

• Bonuses are available for recreational players only
• All bonuses expire after 30 days if not claimed or used

Abuse of our bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or misrepresentation of player identity — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the applicable ADR process as provided under our Anjouan Gaming Commission license. By using our services, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted under the jurisdiction of Anjouan.
